On 2 and 3 July 2020, EURALIUS organized online training for the Ministry of Justice of Albania on Leadership and Management Development.
During the training EURALIUS international expert Mr Arnie Skelton delivered a 3 half day presentations on practical suggestions for minimizing then dealing effectively with overload, time management and prioritizing, providing simple but effective tools that are easy to introduce, to reduce the pressure of work.
This training was arranged for the Management of Ministry of Justice, who showed high interest in the topics and participated extensively in discussions.
The training was organized online in order to comply with health safety standards currently in force due to Covid-19.
