On 11 October at the premises of the Ministry of Justice was held a reception and ceremony for the awarding of the Training Certificates to the participants by the Minister of Justice and the Team Leader of EURALIUS. The ceremony was the culmination of the cycle of specialisation trainings for the staff of the Codification Directorate at the MoJ.
The three last trainings in the cycle covered the domestic approximation with the EU acquis in distinct areas, namely in judicial organization, held also on the same day, on Civil Law area, held on 27 and 28 September, and on Criminal Law area, held on 23 and 24 September 2021.
The trainings involved a combination of general presentation on the EU law as well as the EU reference standards affecting the organisation and functioning of justice bodies, as well as introductions on the specific EU acquis and implementing Directives and Regulations in these areas and practical exercises and examples on the transposition or implementation of these instruments.
