On 29 June 2020, the School of Magistrates in collaboration with EURALIUS, PAMECA and the Italian Project AICS/CSM organized an online training on Anti-Mafia Law and the new role of the court.
During the training, EURALIUS International Expert delivered a presentation on Anti-Mafia Law in light of the experience of Italian Supreme Court. While Expert from the Italian Project AICS/CSM delivered a presentation on practical case according to the Italian experience on the application of Anti-Mafia Law.
Experts from the School of Magistrates presented the Albanian experience and improvements on the efficiency of investigations, as well as the interpretation and application of the Anti-Mafia Law from the perspective of Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Court.
School of Magistrates hosted this training in its online platform. 15 magistrates attended the training by showing high interest for the topic and extensively participated in discussions.
