On 31 October 2018, EURALIUS and USAID/JFA organized a seminar aiming at starting the elaboration of draft sublegal acts which the High Judicial Council is supposed to adopt in its first months of its functioning. A total number of 14 participants, including several lay members and judge candidates for the High Judicial Council as well as high officials of the High Council of Justice attended the seminar.
EURALIUS and USAID/JFA will continue to join efforts to support and assist the preparatory phase before and after establishment High Judicial Council.
