On 30 April 2019 EURALIUS V in cooperation with the IRZ and the School of Magistrates organized a launching event that projected the continuation of e-commentary activities, i.e. commenting articles from the Law No. 96/2016,
On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania, as amended (Status Law) and Law No. 7905, dated 21.3.1995, Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Albania, as amended (CrPC). The e-commentary is a platform introduced and developed by EURALIUS IV and hosted at the servers of the School of Magistrates. It is a law commentary offered free of charge and electronically, through a custom developed web site, which follows the models of electronic commentaries established in other European Union Member States.
The event of 30 April 2019 gathered the Scientific Board (composed by international and national experts) and the Authors that will be engaged with commenting articles from the Status Law and CrPC.
