On 10 - 11 and 12 - 13 December 2019, EURALIUS in collaboration with the School of Magistrates and the Albanian Chamber of Advocates organized two trainings on the impact of the Civil Procedure Code on increasing the efficiency of the civil proceedings.
EURALIUS International Short-Term Expert, Dr Ronald Rohrer, former Vice President of the Austrian Supreme Court, delivered a presentation on efficiency and acceleration of proceedings.
Dr Rohrer has participated at the meetings of the Working Group that worked for the amendments of the Civil Procedure Code. In these training he explained several amended provisions of the Civil Procedure Code on efficiency and acceleration of proceedings by also mentioning best EU practices, that raised fruitful discussions among participants. These trainings took place in Tirana and were respectively attended by 30 judges and 50 advocates.
