On 19 May 2020, School of Magistrates in cooperation with EURALIUS and the Italian Project AICS/CSM organized an online training on ‘Inadmissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings:
Comparative perspective with foreign doctrine and jurisprudence’. During the training, EURALIUS and Italian Project AICS/CSM Expert delivered a presentation on the International and Italian experience on the Inadmissibility of evidence. This training was conducted in the framework of the assistance that EURALIUS provides to the School of Magistrates in regard to the continuous training programme.
Training took place online and was attended by 20 magistrates who showed high interest for the topic and extensively participated in discussions.
