On 27 October 2020, EURALIUS V organized an event for judges interested in applying to the SPAK Courts of First Instance and Appeal.
The main speakers were EURALIUS International Expert, Mr Rene van Veen, followed by Chairperson of the High Judicial Council, Ms Naureda Llagami and the Chairperson of the SPAK Court of First Instance Mr Sander Simoni.
In this event, two judges who already have submitted an application to the SPAK court of first instance, participated and shared their experience with this process.
The panel emphasized the importance of being a SPAK judge, the challenges and the benefits related to this position. The judges from the general jurisdiction who participated in this event discussed with the panel several issues related to the application process.
The application deadline ends on 30 October 2020.
