EURALIUS continues to assist the High Judicial Council (HJC) to the increase of efficiency in first instance courts. To this end, EURALIUS in cooperation with Tirana District Court (Civil Chamber) is piloting activities regarding execution orders and the standardization of judicial administration activities in the preliminary phase.
On 25 June 2021 a meeting was held with the participation of judges of this Court, the Chairperson of the HJC and EURALIUS. Following the encouraging results of the piloted activities on execution orders, it was agreed to proceed with the standardisations of procedural actions in the preparatory phase in civil proceedings and the delegation of administrative tasks from judges to well-trained judicial civil servants.
