On 20 July 2020, EURALIUS in cooperation with the Italian Project AICS/CSM organized for the staff of the School of Magistrates an online training on ‘Smart Working’. Smart working is a fully flexible work
arrangement, with the capacity to adapt quickly and intelligently to different situations. The way we are working during pandemic is directing to smart working but also to plan for the longer term. According to the survey conducted during the training, 54% of the staff of the School of Magistrates confirmed that their job can be frequently carried out from home. (See the results of survey attached to this posting). This was the first training on introducing smart working techniques, discussing with the staff of the School of Magistrates their experiences on balancing work-life and introducing to them best practices of managing smart working.
